Clemens Binder, MA, is a scientific researcher at the Austrian Institute for International Affairs with the focus on technology in international relations, he is especially investigating the role of drones, as well as the internationalization of Science, Technology and Innovation. His regional focus is on Europe and the Post-Soviet Space as well as on maritime conflicts such as the Arctic or the South China Sea. Clemens Binder studied political science in Vienna and Oslo.
