All researchers at oiip are lecturers at universities and educational institutions in Austria, or visiting lecturers abroad. They invite students to participate in the Institute's international events to enable them to benefit from an exchange of information.

The oiip encourages and supports young researchers applying for funds for research projects in the oiip's areas of interest.
