Kuan-Hsien Liu, BEng MEd
Researcher
Kuan-Hsien Liu, BEng MEd is a research associate at the Austrian Institute of International Affairs. He received a Master’s degree in Education from National Taiwan Normal University. He is currently working on his doctorate at the University of Vienna. His research focuses on modern Chinese history and education policy. He is also a lecturer at the Department of East Asian Studies of the University of Vienna. His work at the oiip is focused on the topic of the Chinese diaspora in Vienna.
His main research interests are:
- Chinese history, society, economy and educational policy
- Foreign language didactics (especially Chinese as a foreign language)
