Emiliano Alessandri is an affiliated researcher at the oiip. He is also a policy expert with over fifteen years of experience in international and multilateral settings. He has held positions at Institute of International Affairs of Rome, the Brookings Institution, the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the International Center for Migration Policy Development, among other organizations. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University and an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
