Kristin Höltge, MA is a senior professional with experience in international affairs and development, the private sector and research. Most recently, she led the Central Asia Desk at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and served as a Political Advisor to a former EU Special Representative for Central Asia. Prior to this, she worked for OSCE and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit in advisory and managerial roles in Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Afghanistan. Kristin started her career with Berghof Foundation and International Crisis Group. She holds an MA from Freie Universität Berlin and has recently completed a CAS programme on Peace Mediation and Dialogue with Basel University in cooperation with swisspeace.
