On behalf of the Human Rights Foundation HRF, and the World Library Congress WLC, we have the honour of cordially inviting you to the
Vienna presentation of the Tyranny Tracker,
the Human Rights Foundation’s landmark qualitative democracy index, monitoring political freedom across 206 countries and territories worldwide.
The presentation will be given by
Javier El-Hage
Chief Legal & Policy Officer of the Human Rights Foundation (HRF),
where he leads the organisation’s impact litigation and research programmes. A Bolivian-American attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York, El-Hage brings deep expertise in comparative constitutional law, international democracy law, and international human rights law, with a particular focus on countries governed by authoritarian regimes.
This event is organised in cooperation with the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), and Voices of Freedom and will be hosted at the distinguished premises of the Austrian Institute for International Affairs (oiip) in Vienna.
The presentation will be followed by an in-depth panel discussion with leading speakers from the Human Rights Foundation, offering unique insight into the methodology, findings, and global implications of the Tyranny Tracker, a resource designed to illuminate the state of democracy and authoritarianism in our world today.
