Shih-Cheng Ho is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Vienna. He previously completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science in Hamburg, where he developed a foundational interest in international relations and diplomatic practices. During his studies, he gained practical experience within the Taiwanese diplomatic service. This background informs his current research at the oiip, which centers on the geopolitics of advanced technologies across Asia, Europe, and the USA. In collaboration with Dr. Thomas Eder, he specifically explores the strategic implications of semiconductors for international relations and modern diplomacy.
