Emilia Webhofer is in the final year of her Master’s degree Business Law at WU Vienna, during which she spent one semester as an exchange student at Universidade de Lisboa. Her academic focus lies in international law and she is currently writing her master’s thesis in the field of international economic law. Through several study and internship stays in Morocco, Canada, Portugal and Japan, she has developed a strong interest in international relations as well as a particular sensitivity to intercultural dialogue. These experiences are reflected in her research interests, which focus on migration policy moreover the intersection of international law and foreign policy in the EU-MENA context. At the oiip, she works together with Mag.a Sophie Reichelt, MA and Annika Scharnagl, MA.
