While many risk assessments rely on standardized, business-oriented metrics, they often overlook critical political and societal dynamics that shape long-term developments. At the oiip Academy, we offer executive education programs rooted in over 46 years of expertise in international affairs, trend analysis, and consulting for ministries, agencies, and companies.
Our approach is different: We use bottom-up, qualitative methods from the social sciences to assess political risk. Beyond leaders' actions or quantifiable data, we account for perceptions, informal dynamics, and hidden risks—elements that are often missed but essential for foresight.
Our modular course formats, held in small groups, combine high-level input from experts with interactive, skill-based training. Participants gain not just knowledge, but also practical tools to identify, analyze, and evaluate geopolitical trends and risks.
Each module can be booked individually or as part of a larger program. Booking additional modules comes with a 10% discount. Courses are hybrid, though we encourage in-person participation to maximize engagement.
