Leonhard Sommer is currently pursuing a degree in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and in Political Science at the University of Vienna. He has gained professional experience at ICUnet-Austria in the field of Global Mobility, supporting international employee relocation and intercultural transition processes.
He has also been involved in volunteer work with Students Without Borders Austria and the Austrian Red Cross, where he contributed to both administrative and social projects.
Leonhard’s main interests lie in migration and displacement, international human rights, and public international law. During his internship at the oiip, he aims to deepen these areas of interest and gain practical insights into policy-oriented research on international political processes.
