Raffael Kögel, BA
Raffael Kögel is a graduate student at Sciences Po Paris, where he is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Governance and Diplomacy. He previously earned a Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po’s Reims campus, where he focused on the political, legal, and economic interrelations between Europe and North America. During an academic exchange in Montréal, Canada, he gained valuable transatlantic perspectives, particularly on Eastern European and Russian politics and their broader security implications. At the Institute, under the supervision of Dr. Loïc Simonet, Raffael will focus on European security policy and the role of the OSCE. His work builds on previous experience in parliamentary affairs and in promoting democratic governance and participation as a member of youmocracy.
