Sophie Draeger is a graduate student at the Central European University where she is pursuing a Master of Public Administration and holds a BA from Maastricht University in European Studies. Her research focuses on European Affairs, Geopolitics and Industrial Policy. She’s previously worked and interned at leading Think Tanks like the Heinrich Boell Foundation in Washington DC., Fondation Follereau in Luxembourg and the UNHCR in Germany and published on transatlantic relations and energy geopolitics. She is also a member of CliMates Austria and co-producer of the podcast Klimazone. At the institute, Sophie is working under the mentorship of Dr. Loic Simonet.
