Erik Isaksson, MA
Ernst Mach Fellow
Erik Isaksson ist Ernst Mach Fellow am oiip, wo er an einem Projekt zu Narrativen von Neutralität in Österreich und Pazifismus in Japan arbeitet. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind die Rolle von Narrativen, Diskursen, Identität, Status und „Knowledge Regimes“ in der internationalen Politik, mit besonderen Fokus auf Japan und Ostasien. Er ist auch wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und Doktorand an der Freien Universität Berlin und Associate Fellow am Swedish Institute of International Affairs. Er hat einen MA-Abschluss in Asian Languages Cultures (Fokus auf Japan) von der Universität Stockholm (2016) und arbeitete 2017-2020 am schwedischen Think Tank Institute for Security and Development Policy (ISDP).
