In this first module of our "How to navigate Geopolitical Risks" modular Executive Education Course series participants will  explore how geopolitical thinking can be applied in practice. In an interactive one-day hybrid format participants are introduced to classical and contemporary theories of geopolitics, gain tools for analyzing power dynamics in today’s complex world, and examine emerging global risks — from chokepoints and infrastructure dependencies to the technology race and shifting executive power.

Through real-world case studies and interactive exercises, the modules focus on why foresight sometimes fails and how organizations can strengthen their internal capabilities. The final module emphasizes turning awareness into action — integrating geopolitical insight into decision-making processes across sectors.
