Vincent F. Mo

Vincent F. Mo is a PhD candidate in International Relations at Central European University. Before his studies in Vienna, Vincent obtained his BA in Government and International Studies in Hong Kong and his MA in International Relations in Hungary. His theses before investigated the decision-making process in the EU and normative powers between China and the EU. Vincent’s research interests are EU-China relations, public diplomacy, migration studies, and narrative analysis. He has participated in various research projects in Hong Kong and Europe.
